Terms and Conditions  

  • All bookings and appointments for the following week are to be emailed to us no later than 2pm on Sunday.
  • Your booked time is approximate and whilst we make every effort to arrive at the arranged time, please allow for 30 minutes leeway for unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or adverse weather conditions.
  • Payments must be made by cash or bank transfer and paid within 5 working day of invoice being received.
  • All current services and fees are subject to change at any time.
  • A supplementary travel fee may be applied to certain areas outside of our normal covered working area.
  • Bimbles Dog Adventures will post photos and videos on social media. If you do not want any media shared of your dog(s) please inform us. All media remain the property of Bimbles Dog Adventures.
  • Bimbles Dog Adventures do not work on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day for all services.
  • Emergency contact: this must be an independent person who is willing to be available at short notice for any emergency. (i.e. not a person you are holidaying with)
  • You must inform us of any changes to personal details such as phone number or emergency contact person, and of any changes to your dog’s behaviour, medication or change in diet.  

 Cancellations 

  • For dog walking:
    1. If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice of the start date and time, full payment will be required. If you cancel or re-arrange your booking before this time, no charge will be incurred. 
  • For dog sitting:
    1. If you cancel between 1 and 7 days, full payment will be required. 
    2. If you cancel between 8 and 14 days, the deposit will be kept.
    3. If you cancel with 14+ days’ notice, there will be no charge and your deposit returned.
